I am in charge of coding. Currently, I am handling the coding of websites for the jewelry industry for projects in Japan.

I was a bit nervous about joining a Japanese company for the first time, but I was drawn to the "HOPES" management philosophy, and since joining the company I have been working hard and enjoying every day.

When I first joined the company, I had no coding experience and did not understand Japanese, so there were many things I did not understand and it was very difficult. However, with the support of my Japanese boss and co-workers, the support of the company’s Japanese language training, and my own personal study of coding knowledge, I became able to handle my work, and now I am able to take charge of coding by myself.

When I first joined the company, I could not speak Japanese at all and relied on Google Translate to understand my job description. However, with the help of my supervisors and co-workers, as well as Japanese language education support at the company, I was able to obtain N3 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, which helped me gain confidence. Thanks to their support, I feel that I can still work hard and grow.
