Experience

Not only did the team of FOIS ICT PRO employees from the Ho Chi Minh branch participate, but also employees from the Hanoi branch flew in to support. Under the unity and cooperation of all employees, activities at the VIETBUILD 2024 exhibition booth went smoothly and successfully.

Here, we had a valuable time to introduce FOIS ICT PRO services, including Photorepo, website creation, and IT/CAD personnel introduction to customers.

Our president emphasized that: “No matter how good a product or service is, the most important thing is to make it known to as many people as possible.”

Therefore, we truly appreciate the opportunity to share information about our services and products with our customers. At the same time, listening to our customers’ opinions is an honor for us.

Furthermore, we also considered and proposed the most suitable solutions for each customer’s needs.

Our Photorepo product has been deployed in the Japanese market for over 5 years and is trusted by hundreds of businesses. However, when we expanded to the Vietnamese market, we started from scratch to understand the real needs of businesses here. We welcomed all customer contributions with an open and comfortable attitude.

For website creation services, we listened to and shared the opinions of store owners to propose a solution for a compact website with minimal cost, suitable for their usage needs.

We also proposed solutions to provide personnel to businesses facing difficulties in recruiting talent, as we have been supporting hundreds of other businesses.

With over 25 years of experience in Japan and 12 years of experience in Vietnam, we have been advising and developing projects to bring convenience and profit to customers. However, we always strive to learn and innovate.
